现代污水处理技术,按处理程度划分,可分为一级、二级和三级处理工艺。污水一级处理应用物理方法,如筛滤、沉淀等去除污水中不溶解的悬浮固体和漂浮物质。污水二级处理主要是应用生物处理方法,即通过微生物的代谢作用进行物质转化的过程,将污水中的各种复杂的有机物氧化降解为简单的物质。生物处理对污水水质、水温、水中的溶氧量、pH值等有一定的要求。污水三级处理是在一、二级处理的基础上,应用混凝、过滤、离子交换、反渗透等物理、化学方法去除污水中难溶解的有机物、磷、氮等营养性物质。污水中的污染物组成非常复杂,常常需要以上几种方法组合,才能达到处理要求。
工程概述:某集团主营业务涉及饲料生产、食品加工、种畜禽繁育等产业。集团年饲料生产能力1100多万吨,日宰杀家禽能力230多万只,年可生产畜禽种苗1亿多只。屠宰污水主要来自于圈栏冲洗、淋洗、屠宰及其它厂房地坪冲洗、烫毛、剖解、副食加工、洗油等工序所产生的污水,
水质特点
1、屠宰污水一般呈红褐色,有难闻的腥臭味,其中含有大量的血污、油脂质、毛、肉屑、骨屑、内脏杂物、未消化的食物、粪便等污物,固体悬浮物含量高。
2、屠宰污水有机物含量高,可生化性好其中高浓度有机质不易降解,处理难度较大,宰污水中的营养物主要是氮、磷,其中氮主要以有机物或铵盐形式存在,而磷主要以磷酸盐的形式存在。
工艺流程
来自屠宰场的污水经格栅(网)去除污水中的毛、皮、浮渣和大颗粒悬浮物后自流入隔油池,去除大部分油脂和泥砂后进入调节池,经调节池调节水质水量后,并保证后续处理设施的正常运行。经过调节池的水经泵提升至平流式气浮沉淀一体机。先期去除水中悬浮物(ss),去除率达90%以上,出水进入一体化污水处理设备,一体化污水处理设备由(水解酸化池、二级接触氧化池、沉淀池组成),污水在水解酸化池
进行酸化处理,通过厌氧菌将大分子有机物转化成低分子有机物;经水解酸化池流入接触氧化池进行生化反应后再进入沉淀池,出水经过滤消毒达标排放
